Delivery & Returns

Delivery Partners

We use trusted courier partners including Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DHL to deliver orders. On occasion we may use alternative carriers to ensure your order is delivered as efficiently as possible.

Dispatch Times

Orders for UK stock items placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

UK Delivery Services

  • Standard Delivery – Free on all UK orders. Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail 48 and typically arrive within 3–5 working days.
  • Express Delivery – Next working day service using Parcelforce 24.
  • Weekend Delivery – Saturday or Sunday delivery may be available during checkout.

Express services are available to most mainland UK addresses. Some geographical restrictions may apply.

International Delivery

We ship internationally using courier services such as DHL, FedEx and UPS.

Delivery times vary depending on destination but are typically:

  • Europe: 2–7 working days
  • Rest of World: 2–7 working days

Delivery charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges applicable in the destination country.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect parcels on delivery. If the package appears damaged or incomplete, please sign for the goods as damaged or refuse the delivery and contact us as soon as possible.

Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and delivery details so we can investigate.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.


Returns

30 Day Returns

We offer a 30 day return period from the date you receive your order.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging unless faulty.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 30 days. Return shipping costs in this case are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Return an Item

To request a return please complete the return request form on our website. Our team will provide a Returned Goods Authorisation (RGA) number and return instructions.

We recommend using a tracked postal service as returned items remain the sender’s responsibility until received by us.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and your order details so we can resolve the issue.

Where a product is confirmed as faulty we will arrange repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • custom or personalised items
  • special order or non-stock products
  • items that have been used or installed

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has already been dispatched, it can be returned in accordance with the returns process once received.


International VAT & Import Charges

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be supplied without UK VAT where applicable.

Customers are responsible for any local import VAT, customs duties or clearance fees charged by the destination country.

Courier companies may collect these charges on delivery.
