The B-G Tyre Saving Ramps are engineered to preserve the structural integrity of vehicle tyres during extended stationary periods. When a vehicle remains immobile, the continuous static load at the tyre’s contact patch can cause flat spotting, a localised deformation of the tread and carcass that leads to vibration, uneven wear, and reduced performance.
These ramps are precision-moulded with a contoured cradle profile that distributes load forces evenly across a greater surface area. By supporting the tyre in its natural radius, they reduce concentrated pressure points that accelerate casing fatigue and tread distortion.
Constructed a high density closed-cell EPS foam for maximum strength and durability whilst remaining lightweight, the ramps are resistant to UV, moisture, oil, and temperature fluctuations, ensuring reliable performance. Their non-slip base provides stability on concrete, tarmac, and workshop floors, while the universal geometry accommodates a wide range of tyre diameters and widths.
